Tim Gray is the President of the Augustine Institute and a well-known Catholic speaker and author. He received an MA from Franciscan University of Steubenville, ThM from Duke University, and PhD in Biblical Studies from Catholic University of America. Under Dr. Gray’s leadership, the Augustine Institute has created popular programs including Symbolon, a comprehensive program of faith formation for adults, FORMED, a digital platform with Catholic film, ebooks, and audio talks, and Signs of Grace, a sacramental preparation program for children. He is the author of several books including Peter: Keys to Following Jesus and Praying Scripture for a Change: An Introduction to Lectio Divina.
Matt Birk is a Catholic former NFL center who played for the Minnesota Vikings & the Baltimore Ravens. He played college football at Harvard. Birk is a two-time All-Pro, six-time Pro Bowl selection, and one-time Super Bowl champion. Birk established the HIKE Foundation in 2002, which seeks to “impact the lives of at-risk children by providing interactive programs and resources needed to guide a child through the key educational transitions between elementary, middle, high school and college." The foundation launched "Ready, Set, Read!” in select Baltimore area public schools in the fall of 2010. The program works with students on improving their reading skills. Birk received the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award in 2011 for his commitment to improving youth literacy. Birk is a pro-life activist and his wife volunteers at a crisis pregnancy center.
Called to spread the Gospel, John Sablan, known as the “Man on Fire”, is a Catholic speaker and evangelist who has moved the hearts of many. He inspires those whom he encounters to live a more fervent & deeper faith with Christ and His Bride the Church. By the grace of God, John overcame abuse and is dedicated to breaking the vicious cycle of the “culture of death” and committed to helping others find their purpose & identity in God. He is the founder of World Ablaze Incorporated, an apostolate inspired by his call to the Dominican spiritual life of the Order of Preachers, where the mission is to help make disciples of Jesus Christ by engaging the world with the fire of God’s love. John is a Third Order Dominican & is currently in permanent diaconate formation for his diocese.
